Bronx Native Hip Hop Artist Konstrictshun Taking Over The On-Line World

New York, NY (Billboard Publicity Wire/PRWEB ) June 6, 2008 — If there were ever an artist to organically take over the underground scene, Konstrictshun is that artist. Just go to Google, Yahoo, AOL, or any other search engine and type in his name and pages and pages of info surface. His song ‘Move That Booty’ hit #1 number on trakheadz.com in their Hip Hop category, as well as being named one of their top up and coming artists.

Born and bred in The Bronx, New York, Konstrictshun brings a refreshing realism to the Hip Hop genre with lyrics that represent his travels as a U.S. Marine, the humor of his childhood, and the street smarts of growing up a native New Yorker. “My music is a reflection of my many different thoughts and life events that take place at that certain particular time. I describe myself as a Hip Hop entertainer. My music is commercial, real, fun and relatable.” His voice and demeanor could be described as a prototype between Xzibit and Busta Rhymes. Konstrictshun brings a finely tuned appreciation of every music genre to the table when creating songs. The sky is the limit when it comes to Konstrictshun. At the end of the day, Konstrictshun adamantly insists that he will remain true to his love for music and to the fans that love his passion.

Here are some of the recent accolades that have given Konstrictshun his vast following: on air interviews with Dessert Storm Entertainment hosted by Power 105’s DJ Don Demarco, Hustle Ya Flow Violator Showcase hosted by Pain in Da Ass of Roc-A-Fella records, Hip Hop’s Savior showcase with Lord Tariq and Mysonne, college showcase with Frank Lucas Jr., televised Ron Alexander Show, and represented at MIDEM music conference ‘08 at Cannes by digital music label Zoomoozik.com.
