Two-time Sexiest Woman Katrina Halili doesn’t mind placing second place to fellow Kapuso star Marian Rivera in the recently concluded FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women 2008 vote tally. In an interview with StarTalk yesterday, June 28, Katrina said that she is very happy for Marian’s victory as well for herself for getting the number two spot.

 

“Not bad naman, number two naman,” Katrina proudly said. “Happy talaga ako kahit ano man ang resulta. Sabi ko nga, di ba, na hindi ako nakikipag-compete kahit kanino. And number two, hindi naman masama yun, di ba? Kahit ano pang number yun, okay lang sa akin. Importante na masaya ako at may sumuporta sa akin, di ba, na pinagtiyagaan nila ako i-vote?

 

Katrina, who is very much thankful to her supporters, added, “Siyempre gusto ko din magpasalamat sa mga taong sumuporta sa amin na todo ang suporta sa amin sa FHM, at sa amin ni Marian.”

 

IT’S MARIAN’S TIME. Katrina does not really mind if there is competition or not between her and Marian in terms of who is the sexiest. For her, she is only happy at what she has become now. In addition, Katrina also added a pointed out a message to everyone who still isn’t convinced that there is a new number one sexy Pinay.

 

“E, time kasi ni Marina ngayon, di ba? So, hayaan na natin,” Katrina said.

 

Then she added, “At hindi naman talaga kami naglalaban-laban dito. Vinote lang kami ng tao dito at hindi talaga ito totoong laban. Wala po kaming paligsahan dito. Yung tao po yung nag-vote sa amin para mapunta sa puwesto namin kung saan man kami. Kung si Marian, e, happy naman kami.”
