Posh was suppose to be a one time guest judge, but rumor has it that the producers are looking to make it permanent.

The “My Name Is Earl” was videotaped PEEING IN THE STREET. Photos and a video circulating the Internet,  seem to show the actress urinating on a public street in the middle of the day. WTF?!?!

“Yes … that is me doing dare # 8 at my bridal shower,” the actress has been saying in regards to her need to pee then and there incident.
